booklet
Embossed wooden tiles (144 tiles according to booklet, incl. 8 flowers/seasons). Absolutely no manufactiures details, nor country of origin; booklet written by R.C.Bell.

Colouring seems odd - (e.g. cracks are all red ..)

all tiles
Painted red plywood 5-drawer chest. Contains American bakelite tiles, which darkened almost brown with age. Tiles feel and sound "glassy". 5 tiles replaced (for completeness) with correct pattern but colour is less aged. Other tiles available for decals in correct colour (if reqd. for play).
